Return & Exchange Policy
Unused, new in packaging non-coffee products may be exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
We’re sorry, but our coffee beans are non-returnable and non-refundable once they’ve been shipped. Our coffees are roasted “to order,” and we do our best to ship orders within a day of their roast date. This commitment to quality means that we cannot accept coffees returned to us after they’ve left our roastery.
In the event that a prepaid subscription is canceled early, a refund will be processed for the prepaid amount minus the sum of orders previously shipped at the list price. Recurring subscriptions may also be canceled at any time.
Of course, we want you to be happy with your coffee experience more than anything. Please write in to let us know if you’ve been dissatisfied with your coffee in any way.
